Norman White

Norman is a former PulteGroup executive with over 40 years of experience managing all facets of land development and home building operations.  While at Pulte, Norman oversaw the development, construction and sale of over 60,000 homes in projects ranging from in-fill mixed use developments to large master-planned projects and age-restricted active adult communities.  A large number of best business practices, development-construction criteria and homebuilding strategies created and established by Norman are used as the operating standard by many homebuilders today. Norman is a developer, investor, real estate strategist and homebuilder.  He and his  wife of 37 years Kathy reside in Atlanta with their two dogs, Carlos & Jack.

Chip Pearson

Chip is an investor, developer and the current owner of Cold River Development, a real estate asset management firm. Prior to Cold River, Chip was president and co-founder of Paramont Grading Inc., an engineering, land development, site work and utility company that developed and constructed over 60,000 residential lots in communities ranging from in-fill projects to master planned golf communities in Georgia and the Carolinas for the nation’s top national and regional builders. Chip was a former Georgia State Senator (2005-2010),  Chairman of the Senate Economic Development Committee and a founding board member of First Citizens Bank.  He and his wife Karin have six children, three grandchildren and two dogs, Bonnie & Clyde.
